Leaving Wisconsin Snow Behind!

This property is everything that you would want for a vacation destination…. And more! We can’t say enough about this house, and we were so fortunate to be able to stay here. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but within close proximity to major highways and thoroughfares while being about 30 miles from the Phoenix airport.
The house is beautifully maintained, and large enough for 6 people to stay in without feeling crowded. It is very tastefully decorated, and everything is clearly labeled to reduce the frustration of trying to locate something that you are looking for. In addition, there are clearly written “how-to” instructions for everything in the house including TV’s/DVD players/internet.
The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and have plenty of storage space. We used the Murphy bed in the 3rd bedroom/office, and it was perfect! All linens were soft and clean.
Having two full bathrooms was a real plus for us. The master bath had a deep garden tub and the other bathroom had a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms had abundant counter space/storage area. Towels were of excellent quality.
The kitchen/family room area is absolutely beautiful with an open concept floor plan and comfortable, contemporary furnishings. Large double French doors open to the patio which overlooks the lake and its fountain. Everything in this kitchen is top-notch from the appliances to the countertops to the linens, utensils, and cookware. Bottled water and wine are available for your use, as well as many kitchen basics such as paper products and spices. There is a slow cooker and a drink mixer (which is a plus when making your margaritas using fresh limes from the tree in the backyard).
The barbecue grill on the patio is nicer than anything I have ever used. What a treat to have a “sear” function! There is plenty of room to dine or relax on very comfortable furniture and lounge chairs. If basking in the sun isn’t for you, the patio is covered (complete with ceiling fan), and there is a large umbrella that will provide plenty of shade to the loungers.
