House, Studio, 3 Br / 2 Ba with Great Backyard (Sleeps 8)

Looking to relax in your own backyard oasis? This home is just perfect for working on that tan poolside or soaking tired muscles in your private spa after a game of golf or hiking.

While you are in the backyard enjoy the natural desert landscape and wildlife that passes by. Loungechairs, gas grill, and additional seating for entertaining.

In the morning you might just want to grab a cup of coffee and sit in the indoor sun porch and catch up on some reading.

The kitchen has all you will need to prepare meals. The counters are granite with an island. The kitchen and great room are joined which gives you an open feeling.

There is a separate living room which has a table and chairs for dining or playing cards. There are three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed. One guest room has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two trundle beds that allow for 4 to sleep. There are two bathrooms and a laundry room.

The garage floor was just epoxied and the entire inside of the home was painted in designer colors.

The house was just purchased and the owners are transforming it into a vacation home that will definitely be one that vacationers will want to return to each year. Linens, dishes, small appliances, will all be new.

You also have access to a community heated pool and spa just down the road.

This home is managed by a licensed real estate company and therefore adheres to all fair housing laws.

Beautiful house and perfect location. We like it here because it it close to casinos and golf courses that we like. Beautiful sunrises. Very nice to sit in the sunroom and drink coffee in the mornings. One fault is there are no clocks except the one on the stove. I'd stay there again

We rented this property for one week as we were doing an Arizona road trip visiting various cities around the state. It is listed through a rental agent. The home is as lovely as the pictures and is in a great location in Gold Canyon on a quiet cul-de-sac. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shop and the grocery store if you so choose. The home is very well equipped and nicely decorated. Golf in the area is great!! The listing agent was responsive to our needs. We feel fortunate this home was available for the week we wanted to visit the area. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Gold Canyon/Apache Junction area. We would certainly rent it again!!
