Get away and enjoy yourself at this comfortable private home located off the Killington access road, 4.5 miles from Killington mountain, 3 miles from Pico mountain and minutes to restaurants and the Killington nightlife.

The house is situated on a 1 acre lot, with plenty of parking. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, hot tub and gas fireplace. Two bedrooms have a queen bed each and third bedroom has a queen and two twins. The home offers beautiful mountain views of Pico peak from sliding glass doors in every room (bedrooms included). Relax by the fireplace or in the outdoor hot tub after a fun-filled day outside.

Enjoy the conveniences of home during your stay in Vermont. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, crock pot, plenty of pots and pans, dishes (serving for 12), glassware (including wine and pint glasses). Paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, plastic wrap, foil, garbage bags, napkins are provided in limited quantities. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor which are stocked with toilet paper, tissues and hand soap. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, sectional couch, flat screen TV, media center with surround sound (receiver, iPod dock and DVD player) and a 12 foot glass door with unobstructed mountain views. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for the washer and dryer. There is also an iron and small ironing board. Enjoy the views and fresh air from the upstairs deck (folding chairs available) or relax in the 6-person hot tub situated on the downstairs deck. For your convenience, two locked ski closets for all your winter gear are located on the front deck.

Why Yana Kirksey chose Killington

I have been coming to Killington for 15 years as a member of various ski houses in the area. I closed this chapter of my life after starting a family in 2010 and purchased this great properly shortly thereafter because of its superb location and great mountain views. My home boasts breathtaking views of Pico peak, afternoon sunshine and lovely sunsets. It has a well thought out floor plan (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms) and offers everything you need for your New England stay – plenty of space for you and your family, the conveniences of home, mountain views, a great location and on clear night, plenty star gazing. Flawless experience from beginning to the end!
And will repeat it in the future for sure.
Yana managed our stay in a dependable and courteous way throughout: promptly answered our questions, accomodated us when needed (due to an accident we took longer to vacate the house) and asked for feedback to further improve the experience.
The latter was our only problem: we could not find anything she could have done better for our stay, because her house has EVERYTHING you need and EXTRA!
Location is superb, the vista of Pico mountain is breathtaking at any moment of the day (again, due to my accident, I could thoroughly contemplate the views). Despite its private outlook (nothing man-made obstructs your sight), the place is close to everything Killington has to offer: lifts, restaurants, shopping etc.
The house is spotless and comfortable and, without being pretentious (its casual aspect relaxes any parent!), has only good quality stuff: from appliances to the fresh linen to the beautiful ski artwork on the walls!
Yana arranged for impeccable services: snow removal, hottub maintenance- everything went like clockwork!
Last but not least, like everyone else before us (see above reviews), we thought the hot tub is a huge hit! There is nothing sweater for your skiing muscles than relaxation in a hot tub, outside, glass of wine in hand, glorious sunset or peaceful snow in sight!
In sum, thank you, Yana, you are a wonderful host and we will be back soon!

I LOVE this house. The place was very clean and had everything I was
looking for. The bath tub was easy to use and very clean. The balcony
next to the living room had such breathtaking view. Pictures don't do
justice! There was no other house in your line of sight (living room
and bedrooms) so it felt very exclusive to me.. (Not like one of those
condos that you share the entrance/bath tub/etc). I had my 16 month
old with us. I felt comfortable enough around the house to have her
walk and crawl on the floor. The location is another HUGE plus.
It's located right of killington access road and is closed to
restaurants/bars/supermarket. The whole transaction went smoothly and
I received my deposit check back within a week. We had a great time! I
will definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future.

Great Long Weekend Stay

A few friends and I rented this condo for a long weekend and had a great time. The place was in great shape when we showed up. The owner had nicely put together a binder with all the instructions to house/tv/stereo equipement plus some local recommendations. The hot tub was the highlight for all of us after a long day of skiing. Turn up the outdoor speakers and watch the sunset over the mountains. Also being right off the access road, we had access to all of the free shuttles from the various restaurants and bars along the access road.

30th birthday skiing Killington

My group of 8 people including myself rented the house for the weekend to go skiing and everyone had a great time. The house was imaculate when we showed up and there was more than enough room for all 8 people in our party. The view off of the back porch is worth the trip alone as you can see the top of Pico mountain very clearly. The hot tub on the back deck was ready to go in the moment we arrived which we did right after a great day of skiing. The best part of the house is that it is right off Killington road, making everything that you are going to do very convienient and close by. You are five minutes from the mountain, door to door. A minute drive from a good bar and the house is very easy to find. All in all my group and I had a great time at the house and I would definately rent the house again in the future.

I rented this house for several days over Thanksgiving with family and friends, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely plan to rent this same house again. Initially I was impressed by how super clean every inch of the house is, even the window panes were spotless which was especially nice as the late afternoon sun fills the living room with a golden glow and warmth. But what struck me the most was how this house had absolutely everything we needed (or forgot to bring!), little things like a church key to open a can of pineapple juice, a meat thermometer for the turkey, and even a fat separator which allowed us to make a real turkey gravy from scratch (not in our original plan). All the beds were very comfortable, high quality actually, with fresh clean & crisp linens. I can tell the house is well built with solid walls because I never heard a peep coming from the room next to me where the kids stayed and played their loud video games all night. My favorite feature throughout this cozy home is the excellent skier art work on the walls, some of which I'm now seeking out for my own home. And lastly, the BEST amenity (next to fireplace) is the private outdoor hot tub. Ahhh, it felt so good to climb into a very clean and HOT jacuzzi with jets that ripple water over sore muscles after a hard day on the slopes or hiking trails. To boot, this hot tub sits on a deck which overlooks down to an open vista full of snow covered trees, it is just breathtaking. I'll be back!
