Guestbook comments from the manager
Our experience at Desert Bungalow was excellent. We loved the private pool area and having breakfast on the front patio every morning with a beautiful mountain view. The location was quiet, the house, pool and property was clean and inviting. This was an ideal set up for anyone who just wants to get away and have a private, restful holiday. Craig the owner, and Terry, the local representative were both available for any minor questions. We plan to return for sure.

As a Seattle based psychotherapist I often encounter patients struggling to cope with the unrelenting gray and rainy winter days in the Pacific Northwest. Some years ago I personally experienced the medicinal benefits of the Coachella valley's perpetual sun and easy living and am eager to share this paradise with others.
For a vacation home I wanted a place in the sun that afforded rejuvenating solace yet with access to the outdoor activities and urban amenities (restaurants, shopping, culture) I also enjoy.
Desert Bungalow is one of those environments that enables you to shed the cares of the daily grind the moment you enter. The cathedral ceiling of the great room evokes an airy openness that, depending on which direction you look, summons you to a trek on Mt. San Jacinto or beckons a lazy afternoon adrift on a pool float basking in the California sun.
