Spectacular rustic house, part of a former Catalan Masia of natural field stones from the 17th century, completely renovated respecting the original rustic style and with many luxury details. Situated in Masos de Pals, at just 3km from the beach and 1,5km from the centre of the medieval village of Pals and very near to various Golf Courts. Nice private garden with spacious swimming pool and views at the Montgrí mountain and the Pyrenees. The ground floor is distributed in an entrance / hall, billiard room / connection area, large living – dining room with fire place and entrance to the covered terrace and the garden, large kitchen – dining room with fire place and a studio/bedroom with 'en suite' bathroom. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, each with 'en suite” bathroom. Capacity 8/9 persons.
