This lovely home has numerous niceties. A very rare flat, roomy yard in which to play, a quiet community with meandering roads to stroll, and a big deck with lovely, long range views to relax, read and reflect--for starters. The main level consists of a big kitchen, fairly formal dining room, sunny living room with gas fireplace, sun deck with gas grill, one (king) bedroom with full bath and laundry. There's also a two car garage on this level. Upstairs is the master (king) bedroom with its private balcony and roomy bath. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The third bedroom also has a queen. These two bedrooms share a bath. Downstairs is a den with queen sleeper sofa, a charming kitchenette and dining/card table plus another full bath. Fun includes another tv., air hockey and foose ball games. With sleeping for up to 12, easy access year 'round, less than 10 minutes to Ski Beech, and numerous summer recreational amenities--this home is a prize!

Then there's all the cultural events: festivals, art galleries and exhibitions, music concerts (indoors and outdoors), great restaurants. We have something for everyone to enjoy.
