Louisville, KY is a fabulous city with so much to offer everyone who visits the area for work or for pleasure enjoys Louisville. Our spacious (1,400 sq ft) home is the perfect get away home, enjoy setting on the front or back porch for quiet meditation or to watch the deer and birds in the back yard. Our home is a 2-bedroom/2-bath home that has been newly decorated and is fully furnished for your enjoyment. It includes a full size pool-table and gas stone fire place. Our kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals. The home has central heat and air,a mud room with washer and dry. Our home is located on a one acre lot with lots of room for outside play family gatherings and cook-outs on our large gas grill. The back yard includes plenty of parking, Visit downtown Louisville (10 miles) and Churchill Downs (7 miles) With so much to do in Louisville: Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Slugger Museum, The Louisville Zoo, The Louisville Science Center and IMAX theatre, The Belle Of Louisville, The New KFC Yum Center which is host lots of events, Bourbon distillery tours, Valhalla Golf Club which has hosted the Senior PGA and was designed by Jack Nicklaus, Kentucky State Fair are just to name a few. Louisville also offers history buffs Lewis and Clark Locust Grove, Lincoln's birthplace, Zachary Taylor National Cemetery and many more historic sites!

Making your reservation is as easy as 1, 2, 3. One—Review our web site and pick your week. Fill out the request for information on the VRBO site. Two—Mail us a $150 refundable deposit to reserve your reservation we will send you a contract via the internet. Three—Mail the balance and contract 30 days before arrival. Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 12 AM. We do charge a $145 cleaning fee and you have the option to clean it yourself.

Horseshoe Casino and 6 PM Outlet is also than 20 miles away.

Bedrooms include ceiling fans and good reading lamps. Linens are of the finest quality.

Wonderful place to stay. Lots of Cardnal in back yard feeders was wonderful to watch.. We felt right at home,was everything we expected. Close to Churchill Downs and lots of eats and shopping. Thanks again Lisa !!

Thunder vacation

The house was great close to downtown louisville with out the traffic. Roomy and clean. Everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. The back yard is great for bird watching and wildlife the patio was great , and even though its not mention they do have wifi. We have found our new home when every we return which is yearly.

Rented this home for Spring Break to visit family. It was centrally located to everyone and just secluded enough to feel away from the noise of the city. Born and raised in Ky but relocated to NC for the military. Loved hearing the passing trains early morning! Had everything we needed with the cozieness of home.

Idyllic Vacation Home

My husband and I took my parents (from Michigan) on a weekend away to Louisville...renting this home was perfect! It was plenty of space for four adults to be "together" and yet have some breathing room as well...and significantly cheaper than renting two hotel rooms!! It Felt like home; It was relaxing; It offered plenty to do- my dad & husband loved the pool table and watching movies; I loved getting to chat with my mom in peace and the wifi! The surroundings were peaceful and yet it was close enough to the city to get where you wanted to be in 20-30 minutes. We'd recommend the Jim Beam Distillery (25 minutes), The Grape Leaf restaurant (30 minutes), and St. Matthews Mall (25 minutes). Lisa was a wonderful host- very clear explanations, descriptions, photos and a streamlined process. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your home!!

Peaceful Perfect

Couldn't ask for a better location to get out of the City but still be close to everything. My wife was doing CLinical work down town aand staying in a call room at the hospital I drove up from south Georgia and felt imediately at home, feed the birds and we sat on back porch and watched the miriad of species fly into the feeders. Ms Lisa was more than accommodating for or two night stay! Highly recomend checking out Jefferson Memorial Forest hiking trails!! Took 10 minutes to get to Bardstown Road shopping and resaturants. Short drive to bourbon distilleries! great town and great hosts!
