We are located in a quiet neighborhood lined with large maple trees. Many statley well maintained homes make up the neighborhood.

Our upstairs apartment is literally just steps from main street where you can enjoy the summer festivities, many diverse restaurants and quaint shops. We are two blocks from Frankforts beautiful sandy beach and fishing pier. Enjoy the many beach activities such as flying kites, wind surfing or beach volleyball or sit on one of the many benches and enjoy the scene and beautiful sunsets.

Enter the apartment via a stairway that opens to a private deck with water view of the harbor. the deck is furnished with a bistro table and chairs, a glider swing perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoy evening glass of wine. Enter into the large living space with a kitchenette that includes a wet bar with a under counter refrigerator, combination convection-microwave oven and all necessary small appliances,dishes and utensils. The living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, large leather recliner, 36 inch TV and DVD player, bar and stools. The apartment has two bedrooms and bath with shower and built in vanity table. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. Both beds are extremely comfortable.
