Tropical setting. Only a 5 minute walk to our private beach at Cowpet Bay with 2 beachfront restaurants. Walk to the Ritz Carlton Beach and restaurants. Tastefully renovated and Fully Furnished.

Just bring your Caribbean attire! Right next door to The Ritz Carlton (The Ritz offers great dining and a full service spa, and a great Beach that we walk to and so much more !). An absolute ideal location and close to all! Basic Cable and utilities included, linens and towels, beach stuff too! ( Villa has all your beach needs- beach towels, beach chairs, family cooler,snorkeling gear,floaters/boogie boards) Villa Larimar Sleeps 6-8!

***PLEASE NOTE- WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS & CREDIT CARDS ONLY VIA PAY PAL. If you use Pay Pal, please add 3% service charge to your grand total..

****NOTE OUR RENTAL CONTRACT TERMS- ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT MAY BE NEEDED TO RESTORE THE VILLA TO IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE RENTER'S SECURITY DEPOSIT. (***see Rates section-'THE SECURITY DEPOSIT' WILL BE RETURNED between 3-6 weeks as we need to wait for the Utility bill, so this return of $ varies on when guests 'check out' and the billing cycle of our utilities bill).

' Security Deposit' =THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: damage, missing items, excess cleaning costs beyond our set standard rate, excess use of electricity /AC and water which is a rare commodity on the Virgin Islands.

We ask that you conserve all resources. AC and lights to be turned off when rooms are not in use or you depart/ leave villa.

NOTE- The villa is inspected by our 'on site' property manager prior to 'check in and at check out'. It is at the owners' and property manager's discretion if any or all of the security deposit is to be retained based on the 'check out' inspection. Pictures will be taken for documentation at 'check out' by our property manager if there is any concern.

NOTE- Check in is at 4pm and Check out is promptly at 11am . The cleaning service must prepare the Villa for our next guests! Thanks!

We simply love the beach and sun! We own luxury resort waterfront properties in The Hamptons, Long Island and abroad.

When we saw this spectacular Villa last year (Cowpet Bay East) we immediately knew that this would be a great 'investment property' as a tropical 'home away from home'. For years, we've owned at the neighboring Ritz Carlton and simply love the East End of the island. We eventually decided to purchase another full time villa....on the east end of St.Thomas.

We live in beautiful Northern Westchester County, NY and love to visit the Virgin islands at least once a month from November - May. Sometimes we will fly out just for the weekend....spontaneity at its best:)! We spend all our summers May- October in our Hamptons homes, in Long Island. We carefully select the people who we rent this Caribbean home to ....and want them to all 'fall in love' with our Caribbean Gem, Villa Larimar, as we did!

Spend the day island hopping! What fun! Only 11 miles /approximately 30 minutes from STT airport in Charlotte Amalie and also home to the world class shopping at the finest designer high end stores and fine boutique shops in Charlotte Amalie.

This is a spacious, well-appointed condo with beautiful views over Cowpet Bay. It is only a short walk to the delightful beaches and excellent restaurants at the Elysian Beach and Ritz Carlton resorts and a short drive to Red Hook where there are numerous restaurants and the ferry port. Ferries go regularly to St John and the British Virgin Islands (well worth a visit).
Dealing with the owners was easy and straight-forward with clear instructions.
I note that some reviews indicate it is suitable for disabled and tourists without cars. As there are steps down to the the entrance and there are no shops within walking distance (although only a short drive) I would not agree with this.
Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Relaxing time in St. Thomas

Location, Location, Location.

Top notch rental - Huge, well appointed kitchen/living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and air conditioner. Full sized washer/dryer. Beautiful views off the deck - sailboats anchored in the harbor at Cowpet Bay.

This is our 3rd spring break family trip to St. Thomas - and this has been our best outing! Condo is conveniently located near Red Hook (restaurants, drug store, snorkel rentals/dive shop, post office, and ferry + car barge to St. Johns). Our favorite near beaches - Sapphire, Secret Harbor -- EASY Drive. Staying near Red Hook cuts down on driving time to the popular beaches... even the drive to Magen's Bay + Udder Delight ice cream stop was easy due to condo's location (you avoid all the city traffic jams near the cruise ships).

Villa Larimar combines the best of all possibilities for a resort villa in the desirable east end of St.Thomas. Price wise it is much less than it's 5 star neighbor the Ritz Carlton. Accommodation wise, it offers a tremendous amount of living area than can rarely be obtained in a hotel villa.
In terms of Beauty and charm, it's extended balcony views only sailboats and the Caribbean Sea.
Within the villa, privacy is complete as the majority face the sea. Add to that, the accessibility of multiple restaurants and shoppes within walking distance and proximity to Red Hook less than 5 minutes away!. It is an unbeatable treasure and place to spend a week or more of your vacation time. The owners are extremely accommodating with the prices!!! We will be back!! Thanks Dr.Alexandra!

What a beautiful condo with the most amazing views of the ocean. The condo is oceanfront, has a wonderful deck that you can watch the sailboats go by. The condo is beautifully furnished and have everything that you might need. Also, there is a beautiful beach to walk to from the condo. The location is excellent for restaurants and additional beaches. We loved our stay and will return! We want to thank the owners for a lovely stay!

Right on the water!

Very good location on st. Thomas! Condo was clean and was comfortable for all 3 couples in our party. We will stay there again!
