Habitat Apartments Latina are located in Madrid’s La Latina district, 5 minutes’ walk from Rastro Park. They are modern apartments offering free Wi-Fi, 2 private balconies and a flat-screen TV.

All spacious the apartments at Habitat Apartments Latina are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. They feature parquet floors and stylish décor.

The well-equipped kitchens contain an oven, hob and microwave, as well as a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities in each apartment.

The famous Rastro Market takes place every Sunday in the streets which surround the apartments. The Royal Palace is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is great, clean, nice and the enviroment is just like home. Very convenient to metro, just 5 mins walk. There is bakery, food store on the opposite of the bldg. We had a great time here and highly recommend to our friends.

The apartment looks like the pictures on the web. It was clean and spacious, very comfortable for the 3 of us. The location was excellent. 2 blocks from the Metro, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Sol, Gran Via, Prado , etc. Madrid is a wonderful city to visit. The check in process was smooth and efficient. Gabriel was very helpful and responsive.
