It is walking distance to the Alberta Arts District, the Historic Mississippi Avenue District and the North Williams Corridor, with many shops, cafes, restaurants and art galleries. The property is close to New Seasons Market. It is 10 minutes from downtown Portland by car and 10 minutes to the Rose Quarter. Bikes can be securely stored in the detached garage. The Piedmont District is a very popular walking and bicycling neighborhood and the Peninsula Park Rose Garden and Community Center (with a swimming pool, community center and playground) is eight blocks away.
