Guestbook comments from the owner
My family and I really enjoyed South of 59. It was our home away from home. Large, comfortable, well decorated. The beds were fantastic! We loved the privacy of the pool area and eating outside. The Beach was heaven! I highly recommend going to the local section of the beach which is a couple of minutes away. Our dinners on Espanola Way, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road were great for the whole family. We had three generations on our vacation and everyone found the home very comfortable. We will return! Thank you for having such a beautiful home.

Purchased in 2011, we have lovingly restored our beautiful vacation home careful to preserve the of the glamour of the 1920's and 1930's when it was originally built while featuring all the modern luxuries of today.
Having many vacations in Miami Beach with our family, we knew that we wanted to purchase a home that had character and history. It was love at first sight when we were looking for homes!
From the first time we entered the one of a kind front door to enjoying the outdoor patios, large swimming pool and generous rooms with our family and friends we knew we had 'come home'.
