I love the beach. It is so relaxing to be on the beach. I Traval a lot so when I am away I rent my home, I have been doing it for 7 years and its just great.

The condo is in Los Angeles County near LAX, Manhattan Beach Pier, Hermosa Beach Pier, The Strand, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood, and an easy drive to San Diego. The beach house is within steps of great surf breaks, surf camps, biking and roller blading paths, great sand volleyball courts. Enjoy a nice walk down the strand to the pier and downtown Manhattan Beach where you'll find tons of great restaurants, bars and shopping.

Cozy space at the beach

This large studio was our home for the November. My little dog and I enjoyed our stay here at the beach, we love the fact that it's only a few steps to The Strand. The studio is clean, wifi and cable ready. The large bed was so comfortable and the kitchenette was convenient for small meal preparation. The location is unbeatable!! I walked to yoga, restaurants, & shops. Thanks Roy, for having me and my little pooch, we'll definitely be back next year.
