1 nicely furnished bedroom with own bathroom in a luxury penthouse with views

In lavishly furnished penthouse (flat with a total of six rooms/160 m2) on the 8th floor with lake and park view bedroom for rent with queen size bed and adjacent own bathroom. The apartment will be shared with owner.

The flat is ideally located and very close to Geneva’s main railway station Cornavin (8 mins by walk, 2 stops), international organizations (12 mins, 2 stops) and just opposite the Perle du Lac Park, the Geneva Lake shores and the Botanical Gardens. There is also easy public transportation taking you everywhere in the city. Geneva International Airport is located less than 20 mins away.

For short or mid term stays as of 2 nights.

- Bedroom of 25m2 with adjacent, own bathroom and

toilet

- Comfortable queen sized bed

- Nicely furnished with a writing cabinet, cupboard with

We stayed with Mark seven days. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It is on the top floor (8th) of the building and has an unobstructed view of Lake Geneva and, in the distance, Mont Blanc in the French Alps. Located within easy walking distance of downtown Geneva with a wonderful walking/running/biking roadway along the lake shore. We highly recommend this property.

We spent eight nights in this very comfortable flat, and thanks to Mark we enjoyed our stay in Geneva.
As the wheather was nice, we have had breakfeast, and even dinner, on the balcony, with a wondorful view onto the Lake and we walked all around the city : throught a private park, there is a very easy access to the shore ; so, by ship or on foot, we went to the city.I would add that for French people kitchen is fully equipped !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Very pleasant stay

I stayed in this room. Quite spacious, no noises, very quiet place, excellent view to the lake from living room, easy access to the kitchen, which was very large and had everything one could need. The host provides an excellent service, very attentive to every detail and a very nice person. Walking distance to Tram 15, Butini stop, also walking distance to the train station.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

I found it very convenient in any of the dimensions that are relevant when you are far from your home. Knowing the available options in Geneva I strongly recommend this room, which in some way is much more than a room and a private bathroom. It is an opportunity to enjoy a place where every detail has been carefully selected.

Cozy and handy place to stay in Geneva

Mark's apartment was very comfortable and convenient for me to stay. I was over in Geneva for some meetings at UN and the place couldn't be more central. Mark is a very kind host and his apartment and bedroom for let is just as described in the ad. Very comfortable bed and quiet place to stay. If looking for a reasonable economical option to stay in Geneva, I would definitely recommend to stay at Mark's.
