3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with Mountain/Lake views from all windows and deck

We welcome you to our mountain retreat, surrounded by world famous ski areas! Our newly remodeled 3 story condo has lots of room to come home and relax after a day of Rocky Mountain fun! Snuggle up with a cup of hot cocoa by the warm wood burning fireplace.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, and you'll find full sized bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a Fullsize and twin bed in the 3rd bedroom/enclosed loft. We also have a Frontgate Queen size EZ Inflatable bed that is located in the 2nd bedroom. There are two full bathrooms.

Our large deck has gorgeous mountain and lake views while you prepare your mountain feast on the gas BBQ grill.

Just outside the town homes, you can catch a free shuttle to Keystone in 5 min, Breckenridge in 15 min, Dillon in 15 min; as well as many other attractions and ski areas within minutes. Across the street are a friendly Irish pub, great pizza take out restaurant, liquor store and coffee shop.

We are 5 miles south of Dillon on Highway 6 off Swan Mountain Pass Rd. It's 70 miles from Denver and can easily be accessed via I-70 to Silverthorne, or over Loveland Pass.

Outlet shops, a full public recreation center, Movie Theater, Target stores, grocery stores are all within minutes of our condo.

You'll see on the map, our condo is only 2 miles from Keystone; right on the road to Arapahoe and Breckenridge. Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, and Loveland are a short drive away. A free shuttle serving many of the ski areas and the amenities of Dillon and Silverthorne is yards from our front door. Our town home is located across the street from miles of walking and biking trails around Lake Dillon and in to Keystone and Dillon.

Great location, great price, easy access and plenty of parking. Townhome is cozy and well-kept. We had a terrific time in the area and look forward to coming back.
