Extremely comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the bike path and quiet street close to the center of town. 1 king size bedroom, 1 queen size bedroom and two full beds in 3rd bedroom; 2 full baths. Two living rooms with beautiful outdoor views and a nice deck overlooking the bike path and mountains beyond. Open concept kitchen with views of mountains. Well stocked kitchen and lots of toys available to borrow (bikes, sleds, some ski equipment, games, books, etc.) Extremely easy access to airport (5 min.), shopping, restaurants, bars and the bike path right out the door. Only 15 minutes to Sun Valley Ski resort, golf courses and other resort amenities. Just a block from the sheep festival, antique fairs and the best restaurant in Hailey!

Scott Miley, Scott Miley Roofing and Jane Rosen, Assessment and Compliance Services and two children are long term area residents and local business owners. We love living here and enjoy the many activities and wonderful community. Scott is a 20 year volunteer for the Hailey Fire Department and more recently with the Wood River Land Trust and Jane Volunteers with the Blaine County Museum.

This property is located next door to our home. We have lived in this area for 20 years and love its many benefits. Being located on the bicycle path is a great benefit, not only for the ease of use of the bike path, but it creates a great view-shed and gives more privacy (no back yard neighbors). We look forward to sharing the area's many attributes with our visitors. Being located next door will allow us to share our many 'Toys' and to easily help out with any visitor needs.

In addition to the location on the bicycle path, being located in town is a great benefit. Being able to walk to town, summer and winter for activities, as well as errands (grocery shopping, etc.) is so nice. We love the proximity of wonderful music events, theater, restaurants, hiking, skiing, water fun, etc. Watching beautiful sunsets from the back deck and having the sheep walk by your home each summer is always a treat!

Our stay at your rental was perfect for our needs - close to family, town,restaurants - everything. The photos on the listing were exactly as the home is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions and very knowledgeable about the town and all that it had to offer. We loved walking to the Wcked Spud and Shorty's to eat. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends. We would return to this property in the future. Thank you.

WONDERFUL GET AWAY HOME

Thanks so much Jane for the use of your home. It was perfect for us. My son and his wife and baby stayed in the beautiful master bedroom, I was in the queen room and the other kids stayed in the double bed room. We had every thing we could possibly need. (My son thought we should run over and use your hot tub lol)!! We will stay again in the summer to take advantage of all there is to offer, again, thanks...:)
