The newly renovated apartment with 2 rooms, arranged with good taste, is the ideal place for a vacation in the city or for your business stay in Munich. From the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, you have a view upon the quiet, leafy inner courtyard. The large panorama window in the living room offers a view upon the old trees on the street Hiltensperger. There is a drier in the bright bathroom with bathing tub. The friendly kitchen is completely equipped and offers a small seating corner. The comfortable living room offers place for 4 people. It is stylishly designed according to Art Nouveau, it has a dining suit and an extendable sofa, which can be turned into a double bed.

Nearest Train: Hauptbahnhof München at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Schwabing at 10 Kilometres

The apartment is on a quiet side road with trees, close to Josephsplatz, and close to the public park. There is a 3 minute walk to the underground, and you can reach the bus station in 3 minutes on foot as well. There are 3 underground stations to the main train station, 10 minutes to Marienplatz. There are 15 minutes by foot to the university, 10 minutes on foot to the big art museums, 5 minutes to the Nordbad. You can get to all the stores you need easily, on foot. For example the supermarket and the old Munich fruit and vegetables market on the Elisabethenplatz are easy to reach. There are also many restaurants with international cuisine in the close vicinity. All is typical for Schwabing.

A lovely place to stay in a great location

This is an excellent find - spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, in a quiet and interesting location, very convenient for public transport. Shops, restaurants, services, characterful architecture all very near - you could wander round the local streets for hours and see something interesting at every turn. A great chance to live as a local in a fascinating city. Really welcoming owner, nothing is too much trouble. I would very much like to return here, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The apartment was even better than we thought it would be as we have been disappoint with some property when we got to them.but this one I would recommend to anyone, very clean and the lady of the prperty was very friendly.We found everyone very helpful when it came to taken the undergrounds which is only 3 stops to the main munich station.We took all are day trips with Radius Tours which was great, we went to Dachau concentration camp cost 21 eur each /day in austria cost 35eur each /neuschwanstein castle 35 eur each and Nuremberg 39 eur each. So make sure you bring lots to spend to see all the sights.A great!!!!! week but very tired after all that. You will not be disapointed. Have a great !!!!! holiday.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön & sauber und es gab da alles, was man im tagtäglichen Leben braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal: die U-Bahn, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Also können wir die Wohnung ruhig weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage in Schwabing

Eine sehr gepflegte, saubere Wohnung mit geräumigen Zimmer erwartet sie in Schwabing. Alles was man für einen Stadturlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Gäbe es noch einen Balkon könnte man diese Wohnung zu seinem Zweitdomizil machen. Von der Besitzerin wird man sehr freundlich empfängen und sie ist sehr hilfsbereit,läßt einen aber ansonsten in Ruhe. Wir werden wiederkommen, hoffentlich ist die Wohnung dann nicht belegt.

Alles war gut. Ich könnte höchstens nochmal schreiben, was vor mir geschrieben wurde, darum schließe ich mich dem einfach an. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Nähe zu den Pinakotheken. Auch in die Innenstadt kommt man schnell zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist gut für alle, die sich sofort wohlfühlen möchten. Wir taten es.
