Come and enjoy this great setting in central Tucson! This large modern home has 2 bedrooms + a den, and two bathrooms. Ceiling fans throughout. The modern open floor plan is great for groups! The backyard is extremely large and provides a lot of additional space beyond the patio with gas grill.

King size bed, queen size bed, and an air mattress for the den.

The gated community includes a heated pool, and kids play area. It is also easy walking distance to the Tucson Mall, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, other grocery stores, a fitness center with swimming pool and a basketball court. The property is also adjacent to Rillito River Bike trail – bikes are available at the property!

Two LCD Televisions(one in master bedroom)Direct T.V., DVD and VCR, CD Player, printer, and document shredder. Modern appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and automatic ice maker.

Wi-Fi is also available and included with the vacation rental.
