Apartment, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2)

Loft apartment with lake access, rowboat for use.

A studio apartmentabove the detached garage, very private and very quiet. With a queen bed, kitchenette with stove, refrigerator microwave dishes and utensils. A flat screen satellite TV, lounge chair, closets. A 3/4 bath, garden views off the deck. Own parking place. Very cozy, quiet, new and clean.
About Marlene

Having so much fun with our other vacation rental on this property, Tom turned the space above our garage to the most darling apartment ever to rent out. Accommodates 2 persons very nicely. We have lived on this property since 2003. Summers are the best here.

Why Marlene chose Columbia Falls

Buying this property without any structures, we could cut trees where we wanted to make room for our house. The trees didn't get cut up for firewood to be forever gone, the are used in the main lodge and in Uncle Tom's Cabin. Some logs were sawed for 2x4 and 2x6, some sawed into siding. This has been a work in progress for many years, and we continue to find projects to upgrade the looks of the property. Just last summer I rocked up 2 greeting pillars at the end of the driveway. The north end of the property needs a facelift, with rock garden or rock walls terraced.

What makes this apartment unique

This loft apartment is just steps away from the public entrance to the lake, upon request, we will have a rowboat and life vests for you to use. There can be excellent photo opportunities of birds and wildlife while on the water. Of course fishing too.
