PRIVATE, TRANQUIL, COSY CONDO - JUST 45 STEPS TO THE POOL!

What a wonderful condo Julie and Rodney have to offer renters! We could not have asked for anything else, all types of dishes, pots, serving utensils bowls and different drink glasses.

The furniture is beautiful and quite comfortable. There is an abundance of towels, extra sheets etc... Beach/pool accessories also available. The pool is super close, great for going for an early morning or late evening dip. There are fantastic lounge chairs at the pool and also a shaded area, if you find the beautiful sun too much.

We were fortunate enough to be in Cozumel at the same time as the owners and spent a great evening with them. They are great people who really care for their property.

There is a washer and dryer available for use any time. Parking is only a short walk. There is a convenience store about 1/2 km walk up the road or take the beach, if you need milk, beer, chips etc... There is also a couple of bars/ restaurants just a short walk down the beach, if you feel like having someone else cook or make you a drink. There are also shopping available at that location. That beach is a place where they bring excursions from the cruise ships, but it seemed to be far enough away that the beach in front of the condo complex was never crowded or noisy. There was always somewhere to lounge or sit at the beach or pool.

We really appreciated how accommodating Julie and Rodney were, when it came to our visitors and entertaining. We were part of a group of 6 people travelling to Cozumel and renting at this complex. This unit blew the other units out of the water, as I said above, everything you could ever want.

Having said this... it is also very romantic and would be perfect for seclusion and a tranquil vacation. I would give anything right this minute to be lounging on the very comfortable deck chair with a pina colada and good book.

If we travel to Cozumel again, we will definitely make sure to rent this unit.

This was our first trip to Cozumel and definitely not the last! We rented this beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo from Julie and Rodney. Even the bed was comfortable. We do a lot of traveling and have stayed in many different kinds of accommodations and have to say this is right at the top. So many unexpected amenities were included. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and the list goes on. There was a brand new washer and dryer to use, mountain bikes, boogie boards and even water shoes.

We were warmly greeted and instructed on everything by Luis the property manager. If you had any questions they were definitely well answered. Also included was the great maid service provided by Lucia.

We also spent a lot of time at the owners condo next door which is also just as awesome!

The condos are facing a very nice pool and you can also see the ocean from the deck. The property is very meticulously kept and there were amazing hibiscus trees everywhere. It was just so quiet and peaceful here that we were completely relaxed from day 1.

Lastly, being able to go out diving and snorkeling on the owners boat Pacha completed this amazing little last minute get away. Very professional and extremely friendly crew. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this awesome condo for ten days in the beginning of January. The place was spotless, the cleaning excellent and the beach was deserted! There was a playpen for our 18 month old son. There were plenty of beach towels and toys! The cleaning service was excellent.
The beach! Well, the beach and pools were very quiet, which was awesome! There are plenty of chairs and palapas at the beach. The sand was white and clean!
Our son loved walking around the grounds and he would look at the lizards and say "kitty"
