Beautiful and luxurious property combining every modern convenience - under-floor heating, a spacious kitchen and dining area and wireless broadband, with traditional cottage features - a log burning stove, beams and inglenooks. The gardens have been professionally landscaped and are private, with several secluded areas, including a small enclosed courtyard.

The large living area, with contemporary soft furnishings and a wooden floor, also includes a reading area and a desk. There is a formal dining room; architect-designed kitchen with Aga and with adjacent dining area, utility room and pantry; master bedroom with en-suite; a double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds sharing the main bathroom; additional toilet on ground floor.

Most of the windows in the cottage have window seats giving lovely views over the village and dramatic moorland beyond.
