4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Townhome with Tile Floor and Wi-Fi

Our home is the largest model (the 'Bermuda' model) in Regal Palms with just over 1850 sq. feet of space to enjoy. It has a fully equipped kitchen; including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, utensils, etc. Two master suites are included: one on the second level with a king-size bed and another on the first level with a queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms have two twins each and are located on the second floor. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are three and a half bathrooms.

Beautiful tile floors are installed throughout the entire first level. Free WIFI - HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET IN THE HOME (many homes don't have this so you must go to the clubhouse to have access). Pools, the clubhouse, a fitness center, and a child's playground are within 500 feet of your front door. Be sure to check proximity of other units as you don't want to drive back with wet clothes!

Of course, there is central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and in-room safe in both masters. Towels and bed linens are provided. There are two pack-n-plays within the unit as well as books, toys, and games. A flat screen TV is located in the living room and both masters include a TV for your entertainment. Beach towels are provided at the pool as well.

Banana Jack's is an family friendly restaurant and gaming center, including a playhouse and numerous video games, located on the property. Great activity for rainy days or days away from the parks!

Two outdoor patios provide an area for you to enjoy a beautiful Florida evening or allow children an area to play. Not all townhomes are the same, so please check the details and let us know when you would like to stay. We look forward to helping you enjoy your stay in Central Florida!

We recently purchased a home in Florida after vacationing for over 20 years. We love this area and having a home close to all of the action but far enough to feel as if we can relax.

This is a great location for those wanting to visit theme parks but who also want to enjoy leisure days in a relaxing resort. You will feel right at home at this comfortable resort while having access to a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and big box stores within one mile of the property. The best of both worlds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in this townhome which was clean, spacious and it fully met our expectations. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with and answered my every question promptly. We appreciated the extra amenities like the baby equipment and toys for the youngsters and especially the high-speed wifi in the home for the adults (a BIG plus!!). I wholeheartedly recommend this townhome on the merits of its extra amenities, its proximity to the pool, and the owner herself who demonstrated a genuine care for the quality of our stay.

My family and I thought Regal Palms was the perfect place for us during our recent vacation. The location was great, just outside the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo gave us the room to spread out we needed and the multiple baths made getting ready in the morning stress free! After a long day of traveling (on Christmas day!) We decided to try the buffet in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised, we only ate there once more for lunch and the food was good. Every one we encountered was friendly and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
