This 3rd floor unit is the perfect vacation getaway, near golf, shopping, restaurants and bars, West World, and everything else North Scottsdale has to offer. With no one above, sit back and Relax on the deck overlooking the desert, with the city lights and mountains in the background. Go golfing, shopping, dining, hiking, etc. or just hang out here, swim, play some pool, work out, watch movies, book a spa treatment, enjoy the fares of the on-site chef, play some video games, and take a walk in the desert. This 3 bedroom condo offers a master bedroom with a king bed, one guest bedroom offers a queen bed with access to the deck, and the other guest room is set up with 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is high speed internet and a printer for your convenience.

I fell in love with this property at first sight. The area cannot be beat. It's beautiful, and hilly, and has a secluded feel to it, but there is so much to do, and such easy access to anywhere you need to go. But the best part is the views. When you walk in the front door you will be Wowed by the completely unobstructed views of the desert and mountains to the south. Along with that comes a fantastic community clubhouse, with a very social, first rate resort feel.

The location, views, easy access to the 101, golf, restaurants, bars, shopping, Kierland, and everything else, along with the unparalleled features of the community make this vacation heaven.

Located in the Grayhawk Golf community, with wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The 101 is a 3 minute drive, with access to anywhere you want to be, and Kierland is just a few miles down Scottsdale Rd. The community itself offers a small movie theatre, pool tables, video games, BBQ grills, social dinners for residents, a wonderful fitness center and two beautiful, heated pools. The Scottsdale Medical center is across the street, and the Mayo Clinic is within a couple of miles. West World and world class golf are within a few miles drive.
