Dana and Jake have lived in the Russian River area since 1995, both owning the Russian River Eagle in early 2000. Dana moved here from the Boston area and Jake was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Honestly. the worst thing about staying here was having to pack up and leave after just three days. My girlfriend and I rented it on a whim, not expecting much out of a place we did so little research on. Man were we surprised! The house is airy, spacious, and has everything you could need for a pleasant weekend away; not to mention a super nice hot tub.

Having paid easily three times as much for a place much less awesome than Two Blocks Inn, I can say with confidence that we will be back.

PS: Two cheers for the patient, kind owners who went out of their way to replace a bottle of wine that I and my clumsy self broke, no less than one hour into our vacation. Love you guys!

This rental is bright, lovely and tastefully decorated. Dana was very welcoming and had cheese, crackers and wine waiting for our arrival. The unit was equipped with all the essentials and then some, best of all spa robes for the hot tub! Guerneville is a charming little town perfectly located between Santa Rosa and the coast and near several wineries. I would definitely recommend this rental for a relaxing vacation.
