Our home has a unique 2 story great room with floor to ceiling windows and a brick natural fireplace! There is a great open entertainment space between the kitchen, dining room, and living room with an abundance of natural light and West Bay views! Enjoy our 3 BR, 2.5 BA in a quiet residential neighborhood with a full length beautiful back deck with swing and second floor hot tub. There are Bay views from almost every room in the house! Enjoy all the conveniences of home including a dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, gas stove and oven, and washer and dryer. It is fully furnished including an outdoor table and chairs on the deck overlooking the Bay, beach chairs, gas barbeque grill on the deck and charcoal grill in the back yard.

Accommodations include a queen sized tempurpedic bed in the huge upper level master bedroom with a private full bath and loft containing the sleeper sofa. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and there is a fold out queen futon in the second floor loft. Eight people would be very comfortable however at our home, however,we can accommodate up to 12 people using the futon and elevated queen air mattress.
This smoke-free property is in immaculate condition and will provide the most private and quiet vacation spot.
