The large master bedroom suite also opens to the pool area and has a pillow top king size bed. The masterbath includes a walk-in tiled shower with two large walk in closets. There is also a 32' HDTV in the master bedroom for your enjoyment.
The guest bedrooms share a bath and consist of one queen sized bed and two twin beds. There are large closets and enough bureaus for all of your clothing and personal belongings. Our house feels very spacious and open, while at the same time offering a split bedroom layout for privacy. There is a 32' TV available for one of the two extra bedrooms.
Large sliding glass doors separate the family room and dining/kitchen area from the screened lanai providing views of the pool and the canal throughout most of the home. On warm days we enjoy leaving the sliding glass doors open with the A/C off.
The family room is equipped with a large 50' HD TV and a BLU-Ray & DVD player. There are some movies, books, playing cards, puzzles and games for your entertainment.
There is a front formal dining area and a separate office area which is equipped with a full sized desk and a printer/copier/scanner. The home is equipped with free high speed wireless internet. You will have to provide your own computer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and new side by side refrigerator with an icemaker and filtered water dispenser. There is also a mixer, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and electric can opener. There is breakfast bar seating and a food preparation island. Cookware, dishes, utensils and silverware are all provided.

Large garage for 2 cars, a modern gas-grill on the patio, plenty of patio seating, tables, lounge chairs, and various pool toys for the kids. Bedding, towels and flatware are provided at no charge.
The heated pool (solar) provides a enjoyable water temperature even in the colder months of the year. The pool and patio area is screened in. The boat-dock with the view over the canal provides an area to dock your boat or do some fishing.
A dining room provides seating for a formal dinner or eat at the breakfast bar, kitchen seating or better yet on the outside patio by the pool or out on the dock canal side. For all the sunbathers we offer comfortable chaise lounges that can be enjoyed at the boat-dock or at the pool.
