Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Luxuriously appointed first floor unit. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit; walking distance (4 blocks) to Downtown Frisco right on Main St. The Deck overlooks the amazing views at the base of Mt. Royal and the Vail / Breckenridge Bike path. It is adjacent to 10 mile creek for year round trout fishing and summer kayaking. 5 minutes to Copper Mtn. via car or the non-stop free Summit Stage bus in front of unit. The free Summit Stage also offers free service to Breckenridge and Keystone Ski areas. It also serves the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne where the renowned Silverthorne Outlet Mall draws visitors from the Summit area. Covered parking under the unit for one vehicle, no need for cleaning the fresh Colorado powder off your car for that early first tracks powder day. Additional parking is available in front of the unit.

The unit is fully furnished and all new in 2012. The Condo has beautiful laminate flooring throughout. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a full bath and 32' flat screen TV. It overlooks the views of Mt. Royal too. The Second Bedroom has two queen sized beds with its own full bath. It offers a separate entrance if privacy is desired. A washer and dryer is located in the unit, while a larger laundry room is available too. A game room with community hot tub, saunas (wet and dry) is on the same level and just steps away.

The kitchen is appointed with upscale cabinetry and quartz counter-tops. It has a full electric range, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. It will make you feel all the comforts and warmth of your mountain home. Have a fast breakfast on the counter or a family dinner for 6 on the rustic dinning set.

The living area is well appointed and cozy. It has a queen sized sleeper sofa and loveseat. The gas fireplace provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere after an amazing day in one of Colorado's most beautiful settings. Watch TV on the 42' flat screen or relax to your iPod with the stereo player.

This condo is located in one of the premier areas of the Colorado Rockies. It is right on Main St in Frisco. This makes all of the amenities of the downtown area a convenient walk or short drive away. The location is close enough to I-70 (2 blocks) for easy access to the area. But, it's far enough for you to enjoy the peace and solitude of stately Mt. Royal from your deck. Hike or bike (rentals locally available) on the Vail/Breckenridge bike path or up one of the close by mountain trails.

Nice 2br/2ba. Recient remodel was well done, nicely decorated. Great view from porch/master br of mountain. The bus stop is in front of complex very convienient!. Owner was easy to work with.
Overall great stay. Must eat at the Lost Cajun down the street.

Everything about this condo was comfortable and nice. The beds were comfortable, towels were nice and plentiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The covered parking was also a great bonus!

Our stay at property 441688 in Frisco was fantastic. We were lucky to get 10 inches of snow in the middle of our stay. With the proximity to I-70, we could readily access Vail within 40 minutes or Breck in 20 mins, and get an early start to our day. The condo is very clean and fully renovated. The natural wood doors and decor give you a great mountain feel. The beds are extremely comfortable and the complex was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a good night sleep to be in great shape for our next day of skiing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, with large granite counters and bar stools convenient to eat a quick breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again this season or next.

Wonderful Condo - Everything we wanted and More!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Woodbridge Inn in Frisco. The condo was everything we wanted and included wonderful upgrades! We planned our ski trip with another couple so the 2 bedroom/2bath was the perfect set up. Master bed was very comfortable! Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room area to hang out and the fireplace and balcony were great bonuses! Washer dryer was nice to have for drying ski clothes.
We got almost 10 inches of snow over our stay so the covered parking was a plus! Hot tub was nice and close by.
Great location! Close to plenty of good skiing and great restaurants/bars.
We will definitely be coming to stay again. All around great stay for a great price!

Very nice, clean, well maintained and comfortable condo. Great location for skiing. Walking distance to downtown Frisco. Owner is very professional, friendly, efficient and easy to work with. No problems whatsoever with rental property or owner. Great experience all around. Will try and rent same condo in future.
