This 2,000 sq. ft., two-level Condo has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and sleeps 6-8 very comfortably. The spacious living room (w/2 futons), kitchen, and walk out deck look out over the Gallatin National Forest to the south and Dudley Peak to the north. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace after a long day of skiing during the winters or grill fresh fish right out of the Gallatin, Yellowstone, or Madison rivers on the deck in the summers.
All guests have access to Airport & Ski Shuttles. The communal Pool (Summers Only), Hot Tub, Sauna & Spa are located at the Recreation Center.
This Condo is perfect for all seasons, located close to Shopping, Restaurants, Recreation Center, and the 18-hole Big Sky Golf Course. A quick shuttle ride takes you up to the base area of Big Sky Resort. Drive 45 miles north to Bozeman or 50 miles south to Yellowstone’s West Entrance.
Pete and Betsy and their 2 daughters are a Minnesota family with many ties to the Big Sky/Bozeman area.
Pete is a ski instructor in Minnesota and Montana.
Peter Johnson purchased this condo in 2012
We and our 2 daughters are all avid skiers and hikers.
For a family of 7 with the 'youngest' at an age of 16 it can be hard to find a place large enough while still reasonably priced to afford to buy lift tickets for everyone. This condo was perfect. Great, workable kitchen. Plenty of sleeping rooms and a new king bed in the master. Loads of basic supplies in the kitchen and laundry and less than a mile from the village grocery store. Beautiful views combined with 4-6" of fresh powder 5 out of 6 nights. Our only short coming was that our Chrysler minivan wouldn't make it up the snow covered drive when fully loaded. Unpacked and emptied the kids and it made it right up the drive.
Warm wood burning fireplace topped off every day. Awesome, looking forward to doing it again in 2014.
We stopped in big Sky after dropping our son off at college and had great few days. First time to Big Sky in the summer and loved it. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The condo is very roomy and would certainly accomodiate families easily. Enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning on deck overlooking mountains... So relaxing. We'll be back!
Loved our stay in Big Sky. The owners had EVERYTHING we needed. It was so nice to get lots of recommendations for hikes as there are tons of them to take and the helpful tips on which ones were the
best was very helpful. We especially enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub near the townhome.
Since we are both cooks, it was important to have a stocked kitchen. The kitchen had all the bells and whistles and we especially enjoyed having good equipment to work with.
If you like to bike in the summer, there is a beautiful bike trail that goes through town and around the river areas. I tried most of the beds and thought all of the mattresses were comfortable. Thanks again for letting us use your bike. GREAT FUN. Will definatley be back.
We enjoyed our stay At Hidden Village for a much needed family get away. The condo was larger than we thought and kitchen and baths were well equiped. Perfect location for our family. The first full day we went across the street for an afternoon of cross country skiing and it was beautiful. Second day it was off to Big Sky for some downhill skiing. On the fourth day we headed to Yellowstone for a day of snowmobiling and the last day we went snow shoeing out the front door. The complex is nice, quiet and easy to find. It is close to town with restaurants, grocery and shopping. The natural fireplace was a plus as well as the wood that the owner provided. We will check availability again if we have the opportunity to go to Big Sky.
