Very quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with mountain and golf course views

Located on a quiet cul de sac, this bright and airy patio home is located in the gated community of Oasis Country Club in Palm Desert. This golfer’s paradise is only 15 miles from Palm Springs International airport.

This 1400 square foot patio home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace with tile surround, and a 2 car garage. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a walk-in-closet while the guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and a spacious closet.

The kitchen includes a breakfast counter with bar stools, an electric stove with self cleaning oven and is fully stocked with every appliance and plenty of cooking gadgets. The unit is complete with a full size washer and dryer, digital cable, high speed wireless internet, and a gas BBQ.

The club amenities include an Executive 18-hole golf course, 18 pools and spas, 3 tennis courts and a 24-hour guarded gate. The golf course is 3,489 yards from the back tees and is rated par 60.
