Gulf/Ocean Front Luxurious One Bedroom Condo

Relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation in our spacious platinum rated one bedroom condo located just a few steps from the beach. Condo 315 has an excellent view of the Gulf or Mexico, which you can enjoy while relaxing on our spacious balcony that has nothing to obstruct the magnificent blue water of the Gulf or the pristine white beach.

The decor if condo 315 is tropical, making it a perfect condo to spend your vacation at. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a full-size washer and dryer. The condo has two flat screen televisions, and DVD player for your added enjoyment. The bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a sofa sleep. There is safe for securing valuables.

From the months of March until November you receive FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offers convenient on site check-in. There is also after hours check-in available. 24 hour maintenance is always available.

****For our snowbirds, the Snowbird Club offers many activities, parties, outings, and get-togethers. Guests enjoy our annual Mardi Gras Ball in the Riviera Room.

Guests receive a $20.00 gift certificate (minimum week stay) to enjoy lunch and refreshments at the Tiki Bar & Grill located poolside. Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall, as well as a heated spa, and toddler splash pool. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center located on the first floor. A well-equipped children’s playground overlooking the gulf as well as basketball/shuffleboard court, and gas grills at the picnic area are included on the property. Edgewater also has its own professional putting green. Reserve the Riviera Room for weddings, business, or family reunions.

We do not charge the customary end of stay housekeeping fee for three night stays, weekly stays, or monthly rentals. Monthly rentals enjoy one free mini-clean for every month they stay.

Edgewater prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. Edgewater has a no smoking and no pets policy.
