Relax in this beautifully renovated ocean front condominium. Enjoy the best of both worlds, the tranquility of this small town, Ponce Inlet, yet just minutes away from the heart of downtown Daytona Beach and a hour away from all of Central Florida's theme parks.

This lovely unit has all the comforts of home with an oversized master bedroom and bathroom with a walk in closet. The master bedroom also has glass sliding doors to the private screened in porch. Secondary bedrooms each have private baths. Laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. Living area has glass sliding doors that have a 10' opening to private screened in porch. Raised bar for an eat in kitchen. Large dining room table with an expandable leaf. Each bedroom has a TV with a 43' flat screen in the living area.

The unit was fully renovated in 2012 into a beautiful ocean front getaway. All three bedrooms have new carpet. Large natural stone looking tile was replaced in all 3 bathrooms, kitchen and all living areas. Master bathroom in a retreat in itself with travertine tile and tasteful decor. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Freshly painted with new doors and trim.

You are just steps away from the beach, have the feeling of privacy with your own grassy back yard. Pass by the ocean front pool on your way to the beach.

Enjoy not having to go through a lobby to enter or get to the beach or pool, having the sensation of a private home with this corner end unit.
