Charming mid-century modern contemporary 1850 sq. ft. house. Located in mid-town Palo Alto, a quiet neighborhood only two miles from University Ave and Stanford University campus, half a mile from a Catrain station, with easy access to 101 and 280 freeways and several bus routes. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and coffee shops.

The home is fully furnished with all modern conveniences, hardwood floors throughout and lots of comfortable living space. Master bedroom is en-suite and has a California king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a twin bed. The family room also has a twin size sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite tile counters, kitchen island and stainless steel appliances which include: Refrigerator, Dish washer, Microwave, Gas range, Saeco coffee maker, Electric kettle, Toaster and Breville smart oven.

The living/dining room has dining room table that seats six, ample seating in the living area with a sofa and two armchairs, recessed lighting, a 50in DLP TV with satellite and Apple TV, a stereo system and French doors leading onto a charming patio on the south facing side of the house. This patio, which gets full sun from early morning until mid afternoon, has a travertine table that seats six, a sun umbrella and a large Weber gas BBQ. It is ideal for breakfast or brunch during the summer months.

The family room has two sofas, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, recessed lighting, stereo system and a 42in Plasma TV with Apple TV.

On the other side of the house is a north facing patio which gets sun from mid afternoon. It has plenty of space for children to play and has wicker patio furniture that seats six. Perfect for enjoying the evening sun while sipping a glass of wine. You will also enjoy beautiful native Californian landscaping in both the front and back gardens.

This home is lived in all year round but as we will spend the summer in Ireland we are taking the opportunity to rent our home to the right family.
