'Sunset Vista' is a completely updated canal front home located just 4 lots from open water in prestigious Pine Channel Estates.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en suite bathroom, flat panel television and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both of the bathrooms include newly tiled tub/shower combinations.

The kitchen includes all appliances and offers seating for 4 at the island/bar and well as seating for 6 in the separate dining area.

The kids can enjoy fishing from the 75 ft. concrete dock or swimming in the crystal clear canal (with swim ladder on dock).

The dock can easily accommodate 2 boats and comes with a canal front fish cleaning station. There is ample trailer parking.

We supply everything you need to enjoy your stay....just bring your flip-flops and bathing suit and enjoy everything there is to offer in the enchanting Florida Keys.

  • We require a $500 reservation deposit which holds your dates.

    The reservation deposit converts to a security deposit during your stay and will be returned to you within 14 days as long as none of the rental agreements have been broken.

    Fifty percent of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival and the final 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. We can work out other terms of payment if rental is made within a shorter time frame.

    There is a cleaning fee of $135 for each rental.

My husband and I stayed at "Sunset Vista" on Big Pine Key for a week in March. We had a fabulous time there just relaxing and enjoying the great weather. The place was very clean and move in ready for us. Also the kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking meals. The house inside was nice and bright with an open floor plan. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch every day plus watching the sunset at night. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I and our two boys just returned from a stay at Sunset Vista. The house is light and airy and has a very spacious feel. Judy was always available if I had a questioin, The house was well equipped and immaculate. We loved being driving distance to Key West and Marathon but out of the way of the masses of people that arrive on cruise ships and the more commercial strips on the Ocean highway. We were looking for a very laid back vacation and this spot was just perfect. I loved the view from the screen porch and had my morning coffee and an evening cocktail out there most days. The boys caught fish off the dock. We rented a boat at No Name Key one day and snorkeled at Looe key reef with the Strike Zone one day. We visted Bahia Honda and the Key Deer Refuge. Went in to Key West and visited the Mel Fisher museum and Mallory Square. Ate some great seafood and Cuban food. One of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a very long time!

Fly-Fishing Family of Four Vacation

Our family had a great time in Big Pine Key. Staying at Sunset Vista provided a great base from which to depart for our daily flats fly-fishing excursions. Our fishing guide accommodated us with dock-side pickup which was a great plus. The kids even did some fishing from the dock late at night.

The house was very clean and well appointed upon our arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was there and easy to find. The owners were great on checking in with us to make sure everything was going OK. If I had an issue with anything, which I didn't, I'm sure a quick call to them would have been welcomed and the issue dealt with promptly.

I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to escape for a fishing or just a fun family vacation.

Beautiful Home and Best Location In the Lower Keys

Our group loved this home and especially the location - close to everything! Great restaurants, groceries, Walgreens, kayak fishing, art gallery and dive shop were all within a few blocks or just a few miles away. Key West was a short drive for an evening out. The Wharf on Summerland Key is one of the best restaurants anywhere for a fresh fish dinner. The neighborhood has many streets along canals for walking or biking with interesting homes and beautiful grounds to observe. The landscape and decor of Sunset Vista is delightful and provides every amenity and comfortable surroundings for a relaxing vacation. Thank you Judy and Todd!

My wife and I and another couple spent three weeks on Big Pine Key in a house called "Sunset Vista". This was our sixth visit to to Big Pine Key but the first time we had stayed in the "Sunset Vista". The house was very clean, well laid out, and had very comfortable furnishings. Best house we have rented by far. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the end of a wide canal, which was good for us since we had brought our kayaks and were able to reach some great light tackle fishing spots without have to paddle very far. The grocery store was nearby, it's close to some of the best restaurants in the keys, and a good place to ride bikes. We cooked most of our meals in the house and the kitchen was well suited to all of our cooking needs. The screened porch was a great place to watch the sunset, eat, and play cards. We would definately recommend this house for anyone planning on visiting the Keys.
