Has 4 separate natural granite patio sitting areas and features a huge U shaped dock and a second patio area on the left side of the property.The water is deep enough at the end of the dock to accommodate a large boat. The cottage front faces south-west with beautiful sunrises; most of the cottage is exposed to sunshine all day and can be enjoyed on the large deck at the upper level or from the second granite patio on the lower level.

This cottage features a gourmet chefs dream kitchen with a double oven, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges and a table which easily seats 12!

There are 5 bathrooms in total and a sauna. 2 Upstairs bedrooms both have their own en-suites (a shower, vanity and toilets). Master bedroom has a natural stone cased drop in whirlpool tub, shower, tumbled granite top vanity and toilet. Main floor bathroom is a 2-piece and the basement bathroom has a shower, toilet and a vanity and a sauna. Master bathroom and the main floor bathroom has natural granite floors, the rest of the bathrooms have ceramic tile with the exception of one which has slate flooring.
