Three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome just blocks from The Junction in West Seattle. Rich and luxurious furnishings in this well equipped home will make you feel as if you're in the heart of Tuscany.

Unassuming from the outside, but as you walk inside you are instantly reminded of a Mediterranean villa boasting classic old world style This three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is a perfect villa style retreat with warm ambiance, dark woods and stunning tilework.

There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. A sliding glass door gives you access to the fabulous flagstone patio and lovely outdoor area. There is a full bathroom on the same floor.

The second floor is a gorgeous open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The large open living space features arched doorways, shuttered windows, hardwoods, rich decor and furnishings. Comfortable seating area with fireplace, large flat screen television with cable, wireless internet access and local telephone service provide you all the basics of home. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cherry cabinetry and granite countertops will allow you to cook to your heart's content!

The third floor of the home offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The queen size bedroom has a balcony which offers you a peek at Mt. Rainier on a clear day. The other bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king size bed upon your request. High ceilings, rustic woods and warm tones add to the Tuscan style of this gorgeous home.

Perfect West Seattle location- close to The Junction, boutique shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Less than a mile to Puget Sound and Elliot Bay and the beaches of Alki and Lincoln Park.

Although the typical Seattle townhouse arrangement of 1 BR down and 2 up means a lot of stair climbing, we liked the welll-equipped kitchen and great room. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the dryer needs repair.

Very nice condo in the typical Seattle format: one BR down, 2 on top floor - lots of stairs! Beautiful condition, well-equipped kitchen. Beds a bit stiff and the dryer needs improvemnt But we enjoyed our stay and will return.

I rented Toscana at the Junction as an overflow for my family that was visiting for my wedding. I also live in West Seattle, so it was perfect. Better than the pictures - a beautiful place, and it was exactly what we needed - beats hotel rooms any day!!!
