Overview: Our perfectly maintained 2,400 square foot home is the ideal year round vacation paradise. Comfortably sleeping up to nine, our home provides spectacular mountain views and all the luxuries you could want in a stylish mountain decor setting. Each bedroom features its own full bathroom. There are two master suites with California King beds, and two additional elegantly appointed rooms featuring custom queen/full bunk beds built by a master craftsman in Montana. The attention to detail is evident in every room. Beautiful bedding and furniture provide a sophisticated, yet cozy mountain atmosphere, allowing guests to completely feel relaxed and pampered. The open kitchen, with its wonderful bar counter, and the adjoining dining and living areas offer space for the entire family to gather around the wood burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV or game or puzzles around the coffee table. A hundred yards away is the spectacular private community hot tub, situated on the golf course with inspiring views and his & her changing rooms. Of course, spa towels are provided for your use.

Lower Level: The large two car garage provides direct access to a mud room entry where ski and boot storage is provided...and there is even a bench seat to help the little ones suit up for the day. Two large bedrooms, each with custom made bunk beds, TVs, and full baths allow the kids their own private area to relax and enjoy. Though there are bunk beds in these two rooms...they work wonderfully for all who stay in them. Single adults and older teenagers love these rooms as much as younger children. The bedding and appointments are terrific. Additionally, there is a full laundry room on this level for all of your longer stay needs.

Main Level: The primary level in the home features a deluxe kitchen, living room, dining area, wood burning fire place, half bath, and views beyond perfect. The larger master bedroom, featuring a California King bed, TV, massive bathroom and dressing area, is spectacular and located down the hall. A huge movie selection, games, puzzles, large screen TV, iPod holder, everything that the family might need to relax and enjoy is located on this level.

Upstairs Level: Our personal favorite spot in the entire home is the quiet second master bedroom hideaway. Featuring a California King bed, full bath, and bathroom views directly to the top of Mammoth Mountain, this cozy retreat is the ideal spot to stay. Get away from it all, read a book, watch a movie, or take that long overdue nap...this hidden gem allows it all.

What makes this townhome unique

The location is ideal. This is not a ski-in / ski-out home. It is a very short shuttle or drive to the mountain, shops, or dining. It is located in a meadow that provides perfect views and a tranquil setting. You feel as though you are on vacation the moment you entire the community and home. There are no crowds, parking spot wars, or all night parties...just sublime comfort and enjoyment

Perfectly situated in the open meadow of Snowcreek basin, a very short shuttle ride to the ski lifts, town, and all the adventure imaginable, this is the ideal location that provides terrific access to everything, yet in a tranquil mountain setting. The Lodges location provides the perfect balance between nature and convenience, slightly removed from the tight quarters of a large complex, yet wonderfully close to everything. You feel relaxed, wonderfully calm, yet have every possible upscale amenity at your fingertips or within a short walk / shuttle / or drive. Having spent over forty years skiing and enjoying Mammoth during the winter and summer months, we finally felt compelled to purchase our dream vacation home when the Lodges were designed and built only a few years ago. You will love our home and enjoy all that it has to offer year round.

We had a lovely stay in this home. Everything we needed to enjoy the weekend was at our fingertips and all the furnishings were well taken care of. The size/set-up is ideal for 2 vacationing families and we had a wonderful vacation!! The owner was also very easy to deal with and responsive. We look forward to going back for a return trip/stay.

We have stayed at many different places in Mammoth but this house is by far our favorite. The attention to detail with decorating makes you feel like you are at home instead of some second rate vacation home. The owners are very cool to deal with and to be honest we have never had an issue staying here. I would highly recommend a stay at this house I am sure you will love it as much as we do!!!
