Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)

Winter, summertime and fall---this location is the best in the area. This comfortable condo is located at the end of a complex, so it is private and has wonderful mountain views. An oversized deck facing south provides a relaxing way to enjoy watching the paragliders land in the field directly behind this unit. Prepare a BBQ on the gas grill!

A multi-use (walk, run, bike, X-country ski) path runs nearby and also through the local area. It provides an easy 4 minute walk to the River Run Lodge where you can hike or ride the gondola up Bald Mountain. The gondola will carry you and your skis up the mountain in the winter and your bike in the summer.

The living area seats 5-6 comfortably. Prepare meals in the light and airy kitchen which has granite counter tops and is fully equipped. Enjoy the breakfast bar and dining room area with sunny views. The two bathrooms also have granite counters and new cabinetry.

This unit has a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

You will have two bedrooms...the master bedroom with king bed has a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom also has a king bed which can be converted to twin beds, if desired.

In just a minute walk, you will enjoy the complex recreation area which provides a heated pool in the summer, and the hot tub and sauna year around. The cozy recreation room offers a ping pong table, a book library and comfortable seating to relax.

Located six blocks from the center of Ketchum, you will enjoy walking to wonderful restaurants, galleries, sports shops, boutiques and nightlife.

Note: This is a Non-smoking unit.

**Ketchum provides a free shuttle to take you anywhere in the local area, including ski lifts. Pick up is next to complex.

My family has enjoyed coming to the Sun Valley/Ketchum area for many years. It is a wonderful getaway to relax, or if you wish, to keep busy enjoying the many activities of this area.
