Easy walking (within 5 minutes) to beach, restaurants, bars and parks. Home is located at the end of the village main street. Main floor has large living room with 42' plasma and bar, dining room with fireplace, reading room has water views and large 3 season porch. Hardwood floors throughout, high quality furnishings. Three Queen bedrooms and two twin beds with full bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms are clean & bright with high quality sheets and feather quilts. Eat-in kitchen equipped with Viking stove and dishwasher. Three porches/decks.

This beautiful old family home is where my children spent their childhood. Built in 1928, we are the second family to own the home and plan to keep the house in the family. Being in Sea Cliff brings you back to old memories of small towns, walking to the beach, and concerts in the park. It is the perfect blend of New York City and the small town USA.

My family enjoyed this home so much we can't wait to go back. It is so charming, we would love to spend the holidays there. Very clean, high end bedding, etc.
