1000 square foot ranch house with porch swing and rocking chairs overlooking quiet pastures. One bedroom with queen size bed and small day bed, 2nd bedroom with two full size beds and one twin bed. Living room, dining room/kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and dishwasher. All necessary eating and cooking utensils provided. One bathroom with shower and towels provided. Small horse barn with two paddocks that will accommodate 2- 4 horses. Within minutes of Hyatt Lost Pines Resort with a world class golf course, swimming, dining, tennis, spa and horseback riding. Also within minutes of McKinney Roughs State Park with miles of horseback trails. Convenient to downtown Austin for South by Southwest, Austin City Limits Festival, Formula 1 Racetrack, and UT Football games.
