The apartment is located very close to the city center of Cannes, but in a quiet neighborhood. Beach, Palais de Festival, Train station, all other conveniences are within walking distance (15 minutes to the Palais de Festival). The building in which the apartment is located is new (finished July 2006). The apartment has 1 living room with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a big patio and a parking agarage with secure access. The apartment features modern furniture and sleeps 3 to 4 people. It is wheel chair accessible and suitable for elder people (there is a lift). It would be perfect for one or two people planning an extended work-related stay or people who want to spend a longer period of time in Cannes for other reasons.

The apartment is located close to Canne's city center, but in a quiet neighborhood. All main points of interest (beach, palais de festival, train station etc.) can be easily reached with a short walk. The athmoshere in the building is international. Cannes is a charming town at the Cote d'Azur which is primarily famous for its Film Festival in May every year. Other than that it features sandy beaches and a quaint city center with lots of restaurants and night live. It can also be a good base for exploring other parts of the areas, i. e. Provence, Gorge de Loup, Alpes Maritimes and more beach towns along the riviera.

Die Beschreibung im Internet trifft absolut zu. Sämtliche Erwartungen an unseren Cannes-Urlaub wurden erfüllt. Die Wohnung bietet großen Komfort (vor allem eine Klima-Anlage) und liegt ideal zwischen Ruhe und dem Trubel der Stadt. Wir haben eine moderne, sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung vorgefunden und wurden vor Ort bestens betreut. Es fehlten nur Kleinigkeiten (z.B. ein Staubsauger!!!), ansonsten war alles da. Wir sagen: Weiter so...
