Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herrlichen Blick zum M

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Kalabrien (Fly & Drive) und davon eine Woche im Appartamento Macchione. Schon die Begrüßung war so herzlich, dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Es war für uns total entspannend in dem Appartamento, inmitten von Olivenhainen, Bananenbäumen, Oliander und Kakteen zu verbringen. Die Eigentümerin hat uns jeden Tag mit frischem Gemüse aus Ihrem Garten verwöhnt. Wir haben uns einiges angeschaut (Capo Vaticano, Reggio di Calabria, Scilla, Tropea, Pizzo und Gerace). Diese Ziele sind von Coccorino problemlos in Tagesausflügen zu erreichen. Unsere beiden Mädchen (3 und 5 Jahre) hatten großen Spaß beim Spielen mit den 2 kleinen Katzen. Ein Spass für alle. Baden kann man in Santa Maria wunderbar am Meer. Ein Strand mit weißem Sand und türkisfarbigen Wasser. Das selbst gekochte Essen kann man bequem auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf´s Meer einnehmen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach Traumhaft. Im Abendlicht wird der ganze Himmel violett (Costa Viola). Bei klarer Sicht kann man sogar den Vulkan Stromboli sehen. Das Haus liegt erhöht ganz idyllisch versteckt in einem tollen gepflegten Garten, ideal für Kinder zum Spielen! In Kalabrien kann es sogar im Juni recht frisch sein. Warme Kleidung unbedingt mitnehmen! Wir hatten sogar einmal Regen im Juni. Dafür schläft man herrlich in der Nacht. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten!

Traumhaft schöne Ferien

In diesem Jahr haben wir bereits zum dritten Mal traumhaft schöne Ferien in diesem Domizil verbracht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig, sehr schön angelegt und für Kinder und Hund frei zugänglich. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft schön. Je nach Wetterlage kann man bis zum Stromboli und mit ein wenig Glück sogar bis zur Straße von Messina sehen.

Die Vermieter sind einfach zum Knuddeln. Liebevoll mit Kindern und Hund und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und mit ein paar Italienischkenntnissen klappt auch die Kommunikation.

Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall angesagt, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sonst sehr schlecht zu erreichen sind. Auch die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umfeld sind mit Auto entsprechend besser zu erreichen.

Wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall auf unseren nächsten Besuch in 2009.

Hatte leider nur eine Woche bei in der Ferienwohnung aber die hat sich gelohnt. Die letzte August Woche bescherte uns gutes Wetter bei 30 Grad und mehr. Durch die Nähe zum Meer ging immer ein herrlich sanfter Wind. Die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind einfach klasse für einen Kurztripp. Die Küste bietet alles was man braucht. Einen Sandstrand mit sauberen, warmen Wasser oder Klippen mit tosender Brandung und Wasser in einem tiefen Türkis.
Auf der Terasse der Wohnung kann man das wunderbare Panorame genießen. Die Küche in der Wohnung ist einfach und praktisch für Selberkocher. Einkausmöglichkeiten gab es genug und nicht allzu weit entfernt. Um mal eine Woche abzuschalten und italienische Küche zu genießen war das der ideale Ort.
Die Muscheln im Ristorante Mercurio waren der Knaller.

Meerblick und Sonnenuntergänge inklusive

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Wohnung und Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist einfach, zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer ansprechbar und stehen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Meer ist klar, türkisfarben und lädt geradezu zum Schnorcheln ein. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, Capo Vaticano, die Straße von Messina und sogar Stromboli kann man sehen. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge sind inklusive und besonders zu empfehlen mit einem Glas Prosecco. Zum Strand sowie zum nächsten Supermercato sind es ca. zwei bis drei Kilometer, deshalb sollte man wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. In Coccorino gibt es einen kleinen Alimentari den man in ca. 20 Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Meine Bewertung kommt leider ein wenig spät, aber besser spät als nie.
Haben 2006 dort sehr schöne Tage verbracht.
Die Vermieter sind auch sehr, sehr nett.
