I've lived and worked in Mammoth for 20 years. I and my family love hiking, skiing, and enjoying our wonderful Sierra's.

This is my 3rd Snowcreek property and we love it as it is across the street from the Inyo National Forest access, hiking, x-cntry skiing and snow play.

It can be rented as a full 2 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped condo or a 1 bedroom/1bath fully equipped. It has great views of the Sherwins and Mammoth Mountain.

This is like a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and bright.

We rented from Susan for the months of February and March 2013. The pictures are very accurate and the condo is immaculately clean (which is important to me). The only negative is the garage opening is very narrow but you do get used to it after a few times of coming in and out. We have had extended rentals for the past five years and this unit is the best/nicest we have had.
I would recommend this property to a friend or relative, absolutely.

We (two couples in our 30's) had a great time staying at this rental. It was very homey, cozy and perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, easy and exactly what we expected. We would definitely return to this place and would recommend it to friends.

Quiet and Comfortable

My husband and I were in Mammoth to attend a destination wedding in early October. We arrived at the condo in the evening, exhausted after a long day of travel and couldn't have been more pleased. The home was very inviting; the bed was so comfortable and the towels were plush. The condo location provided easy access to major activities. The owner was more than helpful!

A comfortable and convenient accomodation in Mammoth!

What a great way to experience Mammoth Lakes! The condo was so comfortable and convenient, everything we need for our weekend getaway.

Its located in a quiet location away from the Village, but not too far away that you feel its inconvenient. Coming from a big city the quiet was a welcomed change and the stars at night were incredible! The décor and pictures in the condo make you feel right at home, very welcoming. We took full advantage of the beautiful kitchen and cooked there in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The condo was also very spacious, at times we hardly knew that the other couple was even there (4 adults total).

Susan was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. We got the full security deposit back the same day we left Mammoth. This was the perfect choice for us and we definitely would recommend it to our family and friends.

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone, particularly if you are a pet person. The owner thinks of everything including dog treats and towels for your family friend. The condo was well stocked with soaps, paper towels and all of the essentials and very clean. The location is also fabulous if you want to be steps from the wilderness.
