Newly renovated 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath with Private Pool that Sleeps 6, close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions, restaurants, outlet malls, shopping and golf courses.

This beautiful new and tastefully appointed townhouse is close to the 9000 sq-ft club house which features 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, restaurant, bar, cyber room, concierge, exercise facility, lakefront gazebo, game room, pool tables, fishing pier and children's playground.

This new 3 bedroom (Queen master, queen guest and 2 twins for the kids), 2.5 bathroom townhome is bright and spacious. The open great room with a comfortable lounge sofa which is bright with Florida sun light through the windows and overlooks the paver patio and screen enclosed pool area.

On the first floor you will enjoy the fully equipped island kitchen filled with stainless steel appliances, open and handsomely appointed dining and living areas which includes a 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD.
