King bed, 2 twin beds and queen sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6. Professionally decorated with a Beach theme. 3 New Flat screen TV's. Nicely landscaped property with grass for the kids to play and a zero entry pool with water spout. Easy walking access to many restaurants.
About The Owner

We have owned property in Destin since 1994. I also own a travel agency and I've had the opportunity to travel to many great beach locations in Mexico and the Caribbean. Destin's beaches really can't be beat.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
Why The Owner chose Sterling Shores

We loved the location and the convenient access to restaurants and shopping. We loved the feel of the unit and the property itself. It is well built and well maintained.

We purchased this as a possible retirement spot. It has a bright, airy, open feel that is very welcoming.

What makes this condo unique

My worries escape me just stepping out on the balcony.

Why would you rent a resort that is directly on the beach? At night, you can't see anything. With this location, you still have a view (whether it is watching the guests at Back Porch) or watching the pool with it's ever changing mood lighting.
