We are beach people and have our permanent home in Belleair Beach FL. which is by Clearwater and is quite crowded. We had been to this area in the 1970's and knew we wanted to retire here. The pristine beauty of this place just draws you in, and it hasn't changed much since 1970!
We love the beach and boating, so this place was the perfect fit! We love the old Florida feel; it is a throw back to the 1970's which the developers have yet to discover.
The boating and wildlife here are incredible. We often have manatees in our canal; this year we had a mom and baby hanging out most of the winter. We sit in our living room and watch the dolphin play in Lemon Bay. What could be more relaxing!
