Fabulous remodel! Nicest oceanfront townhome at Surf and Racquet Club!

Aloha, we are the proud owners of this newly renovated town home. Check out what our guests have to say about their experience in the reviews. Enjoy coffee on your lanai in the morning while watching the dolphins and whales frolic. Unwind in the evening while enjoying amazing sunsets. This town home is right on the water so you can enjoy fresh ocean breezes and be lulled to sleep to the sound of the waves. There is wifi in the unit.

This is a corner unit town home, so it is very quiet. No one above or below you. Keauhou Surf and Racquet club is a gated community and our town home is situated away from the traffic noise of Alii Drive. We made certain that there is everything you need for your home away from home!

You are steps away from the large pool and tennis courts. Parking is 20 ft from condo. This is one of the only units that does not have the road running by unit so even second bedroom is quiet.

This town home is truly the place for relaxation and romance!

Why Cyndie or Jim chose Keauhou

We have always dreamed of owning a property in Hawaii that we could share with others. We choose this town home because there is nothing closer to the water and we love being able to hear and see the ocean from almost every room!

What makes this townhome unique

We are in a private gated community. The grounds are lushly landscaped and there are heiaus and petroglyphs from the ancient Hawaiians located right on the property. The Kona Country Club golf course abuts one side of the complex and sacred Hawaiian land with a black sand beach is on the other. This location is very quiet but still only 5 miles from downtown Kona.

It's around 8:00 am Hawaii time on Sunday August 4, and I have to say goodbye to your beautiful Hawaii home soon.

Your home offers great comfort and convenience to our stay, walking distance to the grocery store and snorkeling is a big plus, and on-site tennis courts complete our dream vacation. We definitely love to come back when we are at Hawaii next time.

Ocean Front Townhouse

This is a very nice townhouse with a fabulous ocean view. This is the second year we have stayed here and thought it was nice the first year and the owners have renovated the kitchen and upstairs bathroom in the Fall of 2014. The pictures online do not do it justice. The owners are great to deal with and are very prompt in their response to you. We would rent again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a quiet townhouse with fabulous ocean views. We spent mornings sitting on the outdoor furniture watching whales, dolphins, canoes and swimmers training for the Ironman. This complex is extremely well looked after both in the buildings, pool, tennis courts and gardens. Thanks Jim and Cyndie.

Great Ocean Front Property

A very nice cozy town home located right on the Pacific Ocean so as to have a continuous view of the sea with an occasional whale or two playing within our view. The kitchen and the upstairs bath were remodeled and well appointed. A very nice shower in the upstairs bath that was nicely tiled. It was simply a lovely place to stay in Paradise. We would like to come back for a longer stay.

Fabulous Ocean Front townhome

This is a beautiful and well appointed town home in a great resort style environment. It all starts with the Owners who are incredibly responsive and very details in all aspects that will help ensure and delightful vacation stay. Our stay was just after they had remodeled the unit and did a fantastic job. Evrything was actually better than described. Access to running or walking along Alii Drive, walking distance to Turtle Beach for snorkeling or just lounging by the pool. Our stay coincided with a huge swell of waves that made it a little exciting but after the waves were over sitting on the Lanai enjoying the sunsets or watching the whales was truly wonderful. We watched a whale slapping its tail about 200 yards away for about 10 minutes. Make sure that you use the book that is provided about the Big Island. there is so much to do. And happy hours at the Canoe Club in Kailua are great for the drinks and shrimp buckets and nachos. If you go over to the Hilo and the volcanoes make sure that you take the saddle road. It is much faster. We also stopped in at Volcano Winery in the twon of Volcano and had a great time. We own our winery in Mendocino County, California and we found the wines to be fun and interesting. Don't go expecting big Cabs, enjoy what they craft from local grapes and fruits. We will be back again next year for our annual pilgrimage to Hawaii.

Big Island Oasis

The property was lovely. Perhaps too lovely. We had to force ourselves away from the lanai so we could see the many sights that awaited us on the Big Island. The remodeled master bathroom and bedroom were especially elegant, but the kitchen had everything we needed and the location of the condo was as advertised--PERFECT. The owners left helpful advice on nearby attractions as well as useful "operating" tips (windows, washer/dryer, trash protocol, lock box directions, quiet hours). The owners also checked in periodically during the gap between when we made the reservation and our actual arrival. That helped keep us excited, conveyed useful information and personalized our visit. A note and bottle of wine were waiting for us, so we felt particularly welcome. We wish we were still there listening to the surf, admiring the sunsets, drinking coffee on the lanai and planning our daily Big Island adventures. We are already checking the availability calendar and hope to make a return trip. I would recommend this for couples and families, alike.

Perfect Vacation Rental on the Big Island

This vacation rental is perfect. Clean, well appointed, and ON THE WATER. Every morning we awoke to coffee and whale watching from the lanai (although the whales could be seen equally from the master bedroom or upstairs shower - just make sure it is whale season). The condo has everything needed for a great stay, including beach equipment and beach towels, plus the most amazing sunsets.

There is a pool and tennis court on site. There is no swimming beach on site, although there is a great snorkeling beach 2 minutes away (by car).

We have stayed in many VRBO condos over the past several years. This condo is the BEST condo or home that we have stayed in, by far. Add to that, the owners are honest, straight-forward and easy to work with. The process of renting was simple and everything was provided just as described. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough to prospective renters.

We will certainly try to return soon.

If the sound of surf crashing the shore and warm ocean breezes bother you, stay away from this one. This was clean, newly remodeled and lovely condo right on the ocean. Very central to a lot of activities and a mall with super market within half mile. Had every we needed for a great stay on the big island. the owners left access to tennis and ocean play equipment (boogie boards, beach towels). Set on the deck and watched the sum sink into the ocean several evenings. Also saw dolphins and whales from the deck. Pool and tennis courts within 50 yards or less. Had some TV trouble at first and the owner quickly replaced it. Great snorkeling beach 1/4 mile away. Highly recommend except for people with disabilities since both bed rooms are upstairs.
