A quiet and stylish home just minutes from world famous beaches

A large, quiet townhouse less than 5 minutes walk to both Bronte and Tamarama beaches, and only 20 minutes along the scenic Coastal walk to the famous Bondi Beach. The house has 3 bedrooms - master with ensuite and balcony, the other two with a shared balcony. Sleeps 5 with current bedding configuration, and can easily accomodate another 2. The courtyards at both front and back offer eating/entertaining space, and a small barbeque. Double security garage underneath the building.

Less than 5 minutes walk to both Bronte and Tamarama beaches, and only 20 minutes walk to the famous Bondi Beach along the beautiful coastal walk. Bondi Junction shopping complex is less than 10 minutes by bus - bus stops are located a few metres along our street. Bondi's Sunday markets are a must-see, as are the countless bars, tapas and a wide variety of restaurant varieties and price points from 5 minutes away at Bronte, to 20 minutes away at Bondi Beach.
