This was a model home for one of Queen Creek’s newer subdivisions, and has all of the extras available for this model. We purchased it from the builder, complete with the furnishings, in September, 2012. We have priced it to make it attractive to longer term guests. If you are going to rent for a month or more during the prime season, then this 1,350 sq’ house is one of the best values available.
Some of the furniture is being upgraded (model home furnishings may look better than they function) so the photos may change over the next few weeks. There are two bedrooms plus an office/den and a covered patio. The house sleeps up to six. Cable TV and wireless internet service are included.
Many other QC descriptions mention proximity to Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and the Johnson Ranch Golf Course. Those descriptions are basically referring to the intersection of Hunt Highway and N. Gary Road, which is about a fifteen minute walk or a two minute drive from the house. Many other stores and restaurants are another two miles further down Hunt Hwy. The other attractions mentioned for QC rentals apply equally to ours.
Our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter live a short distance away. We purchased the house so that family members could visit without intruding.
