Newly upgraded and fully furnished condo, equipped with everything you need for a great vacation.

Have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the private, screened lanai with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the sun by the pool or spend time at the tennis court, shuffleboard or one of several nearby golf course. There are two pools and two clubhouses with lots of activities on the property.

Downtown Naples is just a quick drive away. Spend the day relaxing at the beach or shopping at 5th Avenue, dine in one of the many restaurants that downtown Naples offers, and watch the magical sunset from the Naples Pier.

Marco Island is just around the corner, search for shells at Sanibel Island or visit Miami, an hour and fifteen minutes away. For more shopping go to Miromar Outlets near S.W. International Airport, Ft. Myers, voted Southwest Florida's 'Best Factory Outlet Shopping Center' for twelve years in a row.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom, walk-in closet and lake view. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom right next to it. Washer and dryer room. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. New carpets and furniture in the bedrooms and livingroom. All bed-linens and towels are provided.
