2nd Floor Condo, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath (sleeps 7)

Convenience and location!!! Park your car and enjoy our lovely beach getaway just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Our three bedroom, two bathroom home sleeps 7 comfortably. Our newer construction home includes central airconditioning, an open floor plan with brand new hardwood floors throughout the living area and new carpet in the bedrooms. Features include a living/dining/kitchen area where many family memories can be made. You can enjoy dinners at home around the dining room table that seats 6 comfortably. (There are 2 additional seats at the kitchen island). If outside dining is what you enjoy, there is a table that seats 6 on the spacious covered front porch of the home. You can enjoy a spectacular view of Gillian's ferriswheel. The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a set of bunkbeds, top bunk is a single, bottom bunk is a full. Both bathrooms are very spacious. The home includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is an outside shower with hot water.

808 E. 7th Street is a second floor condo with inside access and 3 car off street parking for your convenience!

This includes the garage.
